The only make of renal food that my cat will eat.

I have to buy this food as my cat won't eat any other brand. However, personally I have a few issues with it, which is why I cannot give it five stars. My cat stops eating every time she encounters a bit of potato so I have to spend time taking out all the little pieces of potato. Why is potato in cat food anyway? Also there are often very hard and inedible lumps of meat that have to be removed. A dog might eat them but a cat certainly wouldn't. Worst of all are the enormous lumps of gristle that are often to be found in the tin. There is supposed to be 100 grams of edible meat in each foil tray, but by the time I have removed all the potato, inedible lumps of meat and cartilage, there is often only 75 -78 grams available for my cat to eat.
