Pity about the shockingly poor service

Contacted the website (no contact details, only email) to ask about the phosphorus content in cat renal foods that did not have this displayed on the site. No response. Tried again... Nada, Niet, Nut...absolute silence.

Ordered £75 of goods last week as our daughter's moggy needed more. They sent them to the wrong address. I asked why (by email, of course)? I'm still waiting to hear why basic customer inputs to make life easy for everyone are incompetently converted into customer inconvenience and expensive food sent to the wrong address. Nada, Diet, Nut...

I have 129 points - so what if you don't communicate and send my order to the wrong place! Our ailing moggy likes the food but it's no good if it ain't delivered to her!

Does anyone actually respond to customer emails? Shame on you.

My 21 year old cat is eating again

After paying tens of pounds for food from the vet for my renal cat, I discovered Animonda. The food smells of something and then way my cat has taken to it she must find it tasty. My one gripe is that for some flavours you have to buy 18. My cat likes a variety that makes buying the food super expensive plus I am worried that one day she will keel over and I will be left with a cupboard full of cat food. please supply all flavours in smaller umbers. maybe 6 boxes. Zooplus has 6 boxes but not in the best flavours such as veal and duck!.
